Chapter 42

The knock sounded as though Gerald was knocking on Sabrina's heart. She knew Gerald couldn't see the inside of the car from the outside, but her mind was in a complete mess. Sabrina looked at Nelson pleadingly. Any man, including him, wouldn't be able to resist such a gaze. It was the most appealing scene he had ever seen. He kissed her and said, "Show me your sincerity, and I'll send him away." Sabrina leaned closer to kiss him. Nelson's gaze was deep. He sent Dylan a WhatsApp message, saying, "Send Gerald away." Gerald stood impatiently outside the car and knocked on the window a few times again. "Come out. Who do you think you are to mess with someone else's woman? Do you have a death wish?" Sabrina heard Gerald's voice that sounded both near and far. She felt terrible but didn't know if it was for him or herself. Gerald's phone rang as he stood outside the car. He answered it. He then tossed the umbrella to the side and ran back toward his car because of what he heard.
