Author's POV: Years Ago: Eva had stopped focusing on Zeon, even when her wolf craved to be near him. It was as if she had accepted the reality that they were two different people with two different lifestyle choices. He wanted luxury and popularity, and she craved love and loyalty. She had learned to avoid him and his friends, especially Maleeka. Now that she wasn’t wandering around or looking at Zeon, Maleeka didn’t bother her too much. Maleeka had been super happy hanging out with Zeon all the time.
