CHAPTER 35 AFRAID OF LOSING HER

Logan's pov After three rings of the phone, Euphoria picked up. The place was kind of noisy. I wonder if she was still in her workplace or elsewhere. "Hello! Logan! Can you hear me!" A soft voice from inside the phone yelled. "Yes, I can! Where are you?" I asked. "I'm in my workplace, it's noisy here cause a fight between both my superiors is going on, so.. but I can still hear you, any problem?" She asked, I was glad it was just a fight, and she was safe. "No, just wanted to call you, when are you going off work today?" I asked again. "By 6 pm, you don't have to come pick me up, I know my way home!" As usual, I know Euphoria would say this, but this time I won't succumb to her orders. "Ok! Take care!" I said before I hung up the call. I dropped my phone on the cushion, and released a breath of relief, before sitting down on the chair. Why would a rogue come here if it wasn't for Euphoria or Tracy, he said the last time, he didn't want to harm her but only scare her for allowin
