After arriving home, Hayden sat quietly on the couch. Serena and James were bustling about in the kitchen. Though they appeared to be occupied with cooking, they were, in reality, looking at each other nonstop, as if they were communicating. They eventually stopped what they were doing and slowly walked out of the kitchen. They both felt uneasy about Hayden's behavior, and they were certain that something had happened to Hayden.
