Eleanor was surprised to see Henry. She had been expecting Ethan. Also, she was surprised to see Henry there despite the argument with Thomas the previous day. Thomas’s face darkened with displeasure the moment he saw Henry, his eyes flashing imaginary daggers at him. Eleanor stepped forward and greeted Henry. “I was expecting Ethan,” she told him. “Yeah, that was the plan,” Henry said, giving her a smile. “But I wanted to come get you myself. He thinks I care too much about you.” Eleanor’s eyes widened a bit, knowing that statement was going to rub Thomas the wrong way. So you can go back and go home. She is not coming with you.” Henry arched an eyebrow, seeming unfazed by Thomas’s claim. “Well, she says she is co
