Bianca had done everything she could to get into Brighton Group, and that was only because the company provided excellent welfare for women.
Every month, women could get three days of menstrual leave and allowance. Those on maternity leave could retain their job for a year. Breastfeeding mothers were assigned their own offices so they could breastfeed their babies and avoid any awkward situations.
As long as the mothers were willing, their position at work would remain unchanged after maternity leave for one year, and their salaries would not be reduced for two years.
Most importantly, the children of the female employees under Brighton Group could study at the company's affiliated educational institutions, and all expenses would be covered.
As Bianca once said, any woman working at Brighton Group could enjoy these perks, which would solve most of their issues about living in Jedburgh.
