"Dad, can I live with Mom instead of staying at the Jones residence?" Nadia asked. Even though she knew this was her family, if given a choice, she'd still want to be with Ella. "Don't worry, your mom won't leave. I won't let her leave," Liam said firmly. He married her, and he wasn't going to let her go. "Are you sure, Dad?" Nadia looked at him skeptically. "You've been married to Mom for so long, and she still doesn't like you. Can you really make her stay?" Liam was speechless. He realized it wasn't just Ella who had a knack for irritating him; even the little girl she raised was just as good at it. "Yes, I promise," Liam said, letting out a breath. His tone was more determined than ever, and it was clear he was confident in his resolve. "Do you know where your mom went?" Liam asked, wanting to call Ella but finding that her phone was still off. "Mom probably went to Ostela," Nadia replied. She was clever. Though Ella hadn't explicitly said it, Nadia still figured it out. "Os
