Actually, Liam hadn't mentioned anything about love. Of course, there wasn't any love between them in the first place.

Ella was speechless.
This was something even a kindergartener would understand, yet here he was claiming he didn't get it? How could he say something like that so casually, without a hint of embarrassment?
Besides, he didn't look like a young man anymore. If he wasn't 30 yet, he was at least 27 or 28.
