You Can't Go Back On Your Word
After James left the dining table, Lydia knitted her eyebrows and took a swallow of rice in the bowl, but she had no more appetite.
John carefully picked out the fish bones from a piece of fish meat and put the meat into her bowl, saying in a gentle voice, "Don't care about him. Honey, eat this."
Hearing this, Lydia glared at John and blamed him, "It's all your fault. Why did you ask me not to sit here?"
John raised his eyebrows and was amused, "Is this my fault?"
"Of course!" Lydia snorted angrily, "Didn't you see how awkward Elizabeth was after you said that?"
Humph! She was a straightforward person and would always say whatever she thought in her heart. For the sake of Elizabeth, she didn't say it, but John mentioned it. Elizabeth was embarrassed, and Jimmy said that he didn't want to sleep here anymore.
"No." Actually... he did see it, but James and Elizabeth kicked his wife!
"You!" Lydia put down the chopsticks angrily, "I don't want to talk to you! Just eat yourself!" After that
