Concerned about the lack of response from Richard over the past two days, Elaine grew increasingly worried and decided to pay a visit to his magnificent mansion. As she approached, she noticed his car parked outside, leaving her certain that he was at home. Taking a deep breath, she stood by the door, gathering her courage before pressing the doorbell.
