Jeremiah Kenneth's voice carried a sense of entitlement. "Of course I know," he said. "You're my fiancée, so it's normal for me to move in with you." Natalie Silvestre heard Jeremiah Kenneth's words and was momentarily stunned. She rubbed her ears, hardly believing what she had just heard. "You want to move in with me?" Natalie Silvestre asked, watching Jeremiah Kenneth's head through the surveillance camera, nodding like a chick pecking at grains. She couldn't believe it. "Jeremiah Kenneth, do you even know what you're saying?" Jeremiah Kenneth paused for a moment. He didn't feel the joy he expected from Natalie Silvestre's voice.
