At the Amusement park

Next morning, Jordan decided to take his daughter out after breakfast. Just to spend some time together and visit places. They arrived at the amusement park and Jora saw other children playing around happily in Company of their parents. She stood and admired them. She wants to play around too and mix with other children. She unknowingly tucked on Jordan. Jordan saw her eyes, glued to the children running around the swirling wheel. He whispered"do you want to join those children?" Jora held her father's palm and gave it a little squeeze. She looked up at him and nodded. She smiled and Jordan squatted. " Now, if you must play with those children, listen to the following, you mustn't disclose any information about your family nor your daddy to anyone. You have to be vigilant and conscious of every movement around you. Be smart and know when to withdraw and when to smile and talk. Lastly, nobody should know your true identity, that is your name. Is that clear?" Jordan asked and Jora nodded. He let her go and stood with his arms crossed around his chest. He wore a black jeans on a sky blue polo and a jacket. On his feet was a black sneakers and a dark shade on his face. He had a special type of wristwatch on, which only people from his kind of job would understand the usefulness of it. He was alert and despite standing at a point, he was taking a complete view of the activities and the people in the park without anyone knowing he was watching. Tina Smith had been in the amusement park long before Jordan and his daughter arrived. She was taking her time to be away from home. She doesn't want to be home with her sister. Besides, her thirst for revenge is making her eager to cross paths with that miscreant. Jora had ran over to the other kids and joined in the happy moments the other kids were having. She waved at her father but Jordan didn't wave back, just smiled. When he was a little boy, his parents would always bring him and Martha there during those weekends when there are no activities or show to attend or special occasions. Just as Jora was happy a moment ago, they would always feel happy as well. He would sometimes bully other children and create a comfortable place for his sister. The amusement park was just new and well equipped with a lot of kiddies toys and play things. There were giant carved Elephant statue back then and they would thronged themselves to climb unto the Elephants back. Jordan was still remembering those childhood memories but was at alert as before, focusing on his daughter and ensuring no one gets close to her or try to hurt her. Tina walked closer to the kids playing and got attracted to the beautiful blonde among them. She looks smart and adorable. She squatted and smiled at her " How are you blonde?" But rather than answering her, Jora stepped back and her eyes suddenly became void of any smile. Jora looked in the direction of her father but saw him standing already behind the strange aunt. Tina didn't bulged or get discouraged by the girl's cold attitude. She smiled at her and said " I like you" and suddenly perceived someone was standing behind her. She paused and used her sixth senses. The fellow seemed to be waiting for her to make any move first. She smiled at the little girl and suddenly as quickly as it takes the eyes to twinkle, she gave an elbow to whoever was standing behind her. But Jordan was more than ready as he gripped her elbow and Tina stood up and swirled herself immediately so as to use her other hand to hit the other fellow on his face. But Jordan used his other hand as defence, Tina got a chance to pull her hand off and the two engaged in a military kick and defence. But suddenly, Jordan let her go. This woman was a trained military personnel. He looked at her from her head to her toes and remained expressionless. She wore a blue jeans on an armless body fit top. Her hair was made into a ponytail and she had a similar wristwatch of Jordan's type on. She's beautiful with a good height to withstand Jordan's type of height. They both stood and exchanged glances. Tina stared at him and felt he was probably the girl's bodyguard or something. He looks like a military personnel and dutiful at that. The fellow was definitely a handsome man. His eyes were hidden behind that dark shade he had on but one can tell he has a good look and a great physique. TINA'S POV As I squatted before the little girl, I felt someone standing behind me. He definitely was waiting to attack me. I decided to catch him unwares but he was ready for me. I attacked and he defended. When eventually we stopped, or rather he relaxed and I stopped. When I look up at his face, he wore a dark shade and his face was expressionless. I couldn't see his face but I know he is a handsome man. I looked at his physique and I guessed he must be the girl's bodyguard. I love it when someone is dutiful and does his job well. Perhaps if dad has been more concerned about mum back then, she wouldn't have fallen victim of what befell her. I glanced at the blonde hair girl and walked past him. I didn't look back but went ahead, took my backpack, putting on my dark shade as well, I walked out of the amusement park. I was going around to find that fellow. I have that day alone and the next, I would be taking a flight to Newtown city. I was taking up a job as a detective and would be working alongside some other colleagues. I don't know how I would see that imbecile who caused dad and I so much pain and lose. I returned home but I kept thinking about that fellow, the bodyguard. Have I met him before? Did he graduated from my training college? Whatever, I might still cross paths with him. I want to investigate him and know who he is. I took a shower and got ready to go out. I saw my step mother saying she was going to get some groceries. I told her to give me the list, I would help her get them. She was shocked, she stared at me, I was willingly going to help her get the items she needed from the grocery store? "What!" I asked her, pretending not to notice the surprise on her face.
