BRET's POV ‘‘Why are you doing this, Kai?'' I inquired over the phone with gritted teeth. I was hesitant to pick up the phone and answer it at first because I was afraid he would insist on speaking with Savana again. But when I discovered that he was hiding Mandy, I had no choice but to answer his phone call. He'd been calling me for the past few days, asking for an advice on how to approach Sav about the situation.
