The pack's house...
The atmosphere in the pack's house became solemn afterwards. It seemed like everyone walked on egg shells, especially around the Luna, as she seemed extremely zoned out.
She barely spoke to anyone and when she did her voice came out strained.
The whole pack knew this had something to do with the dead alpha, but nobody dared to mention it.
They all knew that if they mentioned it too much she would start to lose it, and they were sure the last thing any of them wanted was for Luna to lose it.
Ives had actively taken over the role of the alpha for the mean time, with Hazel by his side, as the Luna wasn't in the right state of mind.
It wasn't an easy job, as Ives had always been the most physically fit, but there was a lot going on with the pack now. They needed someone strong if they were going to make it through this.
