CHAPTER 17

Ryan followed Hazel inside and immediately saw her pacing around her room. Ryan didn't think that she will react like this. 'Hazel, what's wrong? Where'd you go? Are you okay?" Ryan approached her slowly and asked. 'Nothing! Just leave me alone please," she replied in a harsh tone, she didn't even look at him. 'Please. I don't feel well," she continued walking toward the bathroom and locked the door behind herself. Ryan sighed and sat beside the door, his hands on his face as he tried to figure out what he did wrong. Hazel turned the shower knob to cold and jumped into the freezing water. A few seconds later, she felt better but not much. Still, she didn't wanna talk to anyone so she decided to stay in the cold shower for a little bit longer. She heard Ryan talking outside the bathroom, she assumed that he left her alone. She didn't hear any steps coming inside the stall so she thought that he went away.
