Chapter 41 The start of revenge?

Gretta's heart raced with anxiety as Claire's figure disappeared from view, leaving her alone with Robert in the mansion's grand backyard. “What are we going to do about this? How did she even find out?” she blurted out to Robert, her voice tinged with panic. Robert's expression hardened as he turned to face Gretta. “Calm down, Gretta. There is nothing we can do.” he said sternly, his tone brooking no argument. But Gretta was already on a rant, her emotions spilling out in a torrent of words. “I told you, Robert! I knew Claire was after the mansion. And now she's taken my jewelry too! It's not fair!” Robert's glare silenced her instantly. “That necklace is not even yours to begin with,” he reminded her sharply. “You stole Mary necklace.” Gretta's face flushed with embarrassment, but her anger quickly flared up again. “I did not stole it! you gave it to me. You didn’t even fight back when she ask for the necklace!” “Then what do you want me to do, huh? Argue with her? She has the
