Dad stepped forward and pressed the cold barrel of his gun under Cyrus's chin to tilt his head up. His gaze was sharp and utterly devoid of warmth.
"Where did you come from?"
The sheer weight of his presence was suffocating. Cyrus barely managed to stay upright under the pressure.

Mrs. Foster, on the other hand, seemed intrigued. "Not bad. Pretty trendy. Why haven't I seen this brand's new collection?"
