Chapter 5

The middle-aged man understood what Matthew meant. He just smiled and said, "since Mr Tyrone has asked, I'll let it go. Today is the end of the party. I'll leave it to you." After saying that, he stood up, patted Matthew on the shoulder and said with a sinister smile, "this girl is interesting. Mr Tyrone, you should take good care of her." His voice was not loud, but everyone present could hear him clearly. Simona stood still with her fists clenched. She was so stiff that she could hardly breathe. Matthew just moved his lips slightly and said in an indifferent and cold voice, "thank you." In a twinkling of an eye, there were only Simona and Matthew left in the room. She lowered her head, but she could still feel the gaze coming straight from above. There was a long silence in the room. Matthew sat down on the sofa and looked up at her. "Mix the drinks." His voice was cold and indifferent, showing no joy, anger or sadness. Even so, Simona still couldn't help trembling. After a long while, she walked to him with her head down, knelt on one knee and began to mix the drinks stiffly. Matthew didn't say anything, but kept his eyes on her. Simona didn't know what he was going to do for a while. She was even more scared than she was forced to drink the red wine that had been drugged just now. Things were different now. She was no longer the lofty Simona, and he was no longer the Matthew who was put into prison. But now, she was kneeling at his feet, waiting for his orders. According to the rules of the Night Club, the bartender must stay in the room until all the people left. She bit her lips and gradually calmed down. She made do with the mixing and put it in front of him. Lowering her head, she said, "Sir, the wine is ready." His dark eyes darkened slightly. "Raise your head!" Simona trembled and bit her lips. She grabbed her tight trousers tightly and looked up at Matthew calmly. He seemed to have changed a lot, but it seemed that nothing had changed. His eyes were still deep that she couldn't understand. His chin, which was originally a little baby fat, had become sharp. He was much thinner, and his face line was a little hard and cold. She looked at him and felt that her heart was stopped beating. Matthew picked up the glass and took a sip. Suddenly, he paused on top of her head and asked, "are you mixing drinks?" As soon as she finished speaking, the cold and thick liquid fell directly on her head. Simona smiled, "sorry, it's not good." Her attitude was gentle, and even the corners of her mouth were smiling. Everything seemed to be sincere. Matthew looked at her and threw the glass to her side, breaking it into pieces. He pinched her chin and said, "Simona, long time no see." Simona was stunned and her chin was tightly pinched by him, as if he wanted to crush her bones. It hurt so much that she couldn't help frowning and pursing her lips without saying anything. Her attitude only made Matthew angrier. He pinched her chin harder. He wanted to see her beg for mercy and see her cry with a frown. But she didn't. no matter how hard he tried, Simona just frowned and pursed her lips. She looked down at the patterns on the edge of the sofa. Matthew felt a fire burning in his body and slapped her hard across the face. Caught off guard, Simona was pulled to one side and her hand was held on to the broken high-heeled glass. Blood immediately oozed from her palm. It was as beautiful as the flowers on both sides of the cliff. But she just bit her lips and her wet hair clung to her face, but she still didn't say anything. "Simona, where is your arrogance?" He put his hands on his knees and bent slightly to look at her, with a mocking smile at the corners of his mouth. Simona closed her eyes and looked up at the pair of black eyes. The corners of her mouth twitched slightly, and blood flowed out from the corner of her mouth. She smiled, "Sir, do you want to drink more?" She smiled as if nothing had happened, but he felt ironic. All of a sudden, her eyes fell on the side, and the glass of drugged red wine was still lying quietly on the ground. With a slight smile on his thin lips, he moved slightly, leaned over to take the glass of wine and handed it to her. "I won't drink it, but I want you to drink it."
