"Paul! Stop it!" Ruby roared. She darted toward Elliot and stood before him. Paul stopped, but it was clear that he was still furious. "If you kill him, I won't let you live!" Ruby glared at Paul viciously. "You are an outsider! You have no right to involve yourself in matters that concern the Goulds!" The word 'outsider' lanced Paul's heart with pain.
