"Ms. Smith, is Mr. Potter drunk again?" the housekeeper asked, peering out as he opened the door. "Yeah, just a few drinks and he's out like a light. I don't know how he handles himself at his social events," Mandy said with a weary shake of her head. The housekeeper stepped out to assist. "Mr. Potter is careful with his drinking at events. He knows you won't just leave him, so he's more reckless when he's with you, Ms. Smith." Mandy muttered something under her breath that the housekeeper couldn't quite make out. "I'm not going in.
