"I found the child." Lucille briefly explained what had happened on the road. When the topic of the child's mother came up, Lucille paused and then murmured slowly, "The child's mother is unfortunately no longer with us. We need to find a way to contact the child's family." Mosher exhaled a breath and nodded his head in agreement. Lucille handed the baby in her arms to a female staff member nearby. The baby had been crying non-stop, possibly due to hunger. Before they could find the baby's family, they would need to get some formula. The staff member, who was a mother herself, took the baby with practiced ease. Seeing this, Lucille was relieved. "Alright, let's get to the main point. The pressing issue now is how to deal with and counter the invaders as well as the incessant bombings." Lucille announced as she stepped into the meeting room. Mosher quickly summoned several high-level members for a joint meeting. The problem they were currently facing was the fact all networks were down.
