Jenny was suddenly met by a face covered with horrific scars, causing her to shrink backward in fright. This, however, only intensified her diatribe. "Oh, what's the matter? Honesty is a bad thing now?"
"What you're saying isn't the truth; it's slander," Jolene replied coldly, "and we can sue you!"
"Really? Oh boy, am I scared out of my wits! Hurry up and sue then. I am one of the Zaneses, what makes you think I'd be afraid of you?"
