Impossible to See Clearly
Subordinates quietly stepped back a couple of paces, internally counting down, "Three, two, one, she's about to explode..."
As predicted, Fiona violently kicked a pile of sand and dirt.
In an instant, dust filled the air, making it impossible to see clearly.
Yet it wasn't enough to vent her anger. Fiona turned around, giving her subordinates a menacing look, and kicked again, coldly stating, "A bunch of useless rubbish!"
Her subordinates stood embarrassed, too scared to even shout in pain, only managing to placate, "Miss Melling, please calm down, we just arrived. We refuse to believe all the hostages have been rescued. There's still a chance for us to contribute."
Fiona knew that taking her anger out on the bumbling fools wouldn't restore her glory, so she gave a cold snort and continued walking forward.
Off in the distance, a large underground cave appeared within her line of sight. The ground in that area had caved in, appearing like the wide-open mouth of a beast.
