Susan's expression froze momentarily, but she quickly regained her composure and smiled. "No, we can afford it. It's only 40 thousand a month. It's not a big deal."
Lily gave her a sidelong glance before turning and opening the door to the ward. She called over a nurse, then reached into her pocket and pulled out a card. Handing it to the nurse, she instructed, "I'd like to pay for a year's treatment."
