The sounds of car horns woke Clint as he reluctantly pried his dark eyes open. He looked around and realized he was in the middle of a traffic jam. Clint did not pay much attention to it since traffic jams were common in the big cities of the South Territory due to the large population and numerous cars. Just as he was about to go back to sleep, something caught his attention from the corner of his eye. Something seemed to be moving. Clint opened his eyes again and looked in that direction. A pair of eyes were watching him from inside a dark alley. Almost as if driven by an unseen force, Clint got out of the car. He crossed the traffic and made his way toward the alley. In the alley, he found a woman covered in wounds lying there with disheveled hair. She was barely conscious. Clint crouched down to check on her. "You... Why is it you?" Clint said, shocked to see that the person was none other than Rainie, someone he had encountered before. He had not expected to see her here an
