When Chase walked back into the dining hall, most of the wolves went back to eating, but I couldn’t look away from him. I could tell by the look on his face that he had told my father something he didn’t want to hear. Chase slid back into his seat, and his hazel gaze lifted to mine. “He knows you were in his house.
