Olivia and Alexander stood in the living room as they watched the way Chloe and her mother went crazy about the things that Alexander had brought back. “Isn’t this bag from G brand?” Chloe asked her mother, who was currently admiring a pair of diamond earrings. “And this necklace, isn’t it the limited edition from S brand? Oh my god, how did you even manage to buy this?” Chloe questioned while frantically browsing through the shopping bags. Alexander felt some amusement as he watched the mother-daughter pair go crazy for such superficial items and glanced at his wife to gauge her reaction.
