Caitlyn's POV
The email felt like a starting gun, a warning shot. No matter how many emails I sent back, I got nothing back.
Who could have sent it?
Two names came to my mind, but no matter how long I thought about it, I couldn't understand it. I decided to put it aside for now.
Raymond wrapped his arms around me from behind, his embrace gentle yet firm. He must have noticed something was on my mind, but he didn't say anything. He was keeping his promise, and my heart pounded at the thought.
