Chapter 37 Children of Moonlight
Louisa's POV
I saw a man talking in a wolf's voice and that's why I threw myself out of a high-speed car.
That was the only thing that was lingering in my mind before I fell completely into oblivion.
I was trapped inside my dream again. I couldn't feel the weight of my body, but I wasn't floating in the air.
I looked around, but my vision was blocked by milky mist. Every breath I took was challenging, as if I was breathing with water in my throat and lungs. I closed my eyes, trying to focus on breathing.
Then, I felt a gust of wind stroking my face. I opened my eyes and saw the mist was gone with the wind. It turned out that I was wandering about on a bleak moor. Every step I took was like stepping on a mattress of cotton candy.
