"Adrienne, I swear I will hurl you off this building." Jefferson glared at Adrienne, begrudgingly. He really wanted to bestow her a good beating. Jefferson's heart had never left Adrienne the moment she left the house. He followed them around for a while but never showed himself, allowing them all the time in the world to shop to their heart's content. When Adrienne was footing the bill, Jefferson realized that all her money was with him. That was the only reason he showed up and paid for the bill. To his chagrin, she was annoyed by him.
