Chapter 622
A flicker of regret crossed Mandy's face as Bradley's cold gaze met Esther's concerned look. He calmly said, "You saved me. There's no need to apologize."
Mandy and Bradley went to her hospital bed.
Esther desperately wanted to know how hurt Bradley was. Unfortunately, her legs felt heavy, as if made of lead, making it nearly impossible to move.
The doctor and nurse changed Bradley's bandages while Mandy watched, her eyes filled with worry. She thought, 'I should've tried harder. Why didn't I make his wound worse? He deserves to feel the pain I felt when he left me at our wedding.'

"Mr. Warner needs rest and should stay in bed," the doctor advised.
"Can I move to this hospital?" Bradley looked at Mandy and added softly, "There's something important I need to take care of here."
The doctor checked the bed records before reluctantly saying, "I'm sorry, Mr. Warner, but we don't have any available beds."
