Chapter-19: Failure

Alice's POV: My body was in so much pain, it felt like someone was cutting my flesh off bit by bit. While my chest was so tight as if there was a black hole inside it, sucking my heart in and shredding it to pieces. I could sense my soul wilt away with every passing second. It felt like an eternity before the agony I was going through started to lessen and a foreign sensation started to take over my body.
