Sean stared at Daisy, while Daisy stared back at him fearlessly. "Ha." Daisy smiled and nodded. "Yes, you're right. That's true!" He didn't recognize his problem but blamed someone else who wasn't involved. Daisy was tired and didn't want to give any explanation, so she turned around and held Matthew's hand.
