A punch in the face. I cringed. That must be injured.
"Well, Ian, try again. Take a deep breath and open up your senses. You must feel where he comes from."
"It's difficult. Can't I take this off my eyes?" Pointing to the cloth wrapped around his eyes.
"No." I said firmly. "Listen to him. Smell him. You have to learn to protect yourself without your eyes. The hooligans play very dirty, they may throw dirt or poison into your eyes, making you unable to open your eyes." I explained again.
"Gosh. Poison?"
"Focus" I said solemnly.
This was not a joke. This was serious, and I must make them understand that this is a possibility.
I am letting my team learn how to fight without using the most dependent sense. They never know what will happen when fighting other wolves or the worst thief. Pack knows the rules they need to follow when challenging other packages. The rogue doesn't care about the rules.
