"I wonder, Steve, did you lose feelings for your wife because you found someone else you care about?" the man with the sunglasses teased, his tone dripping with mockery. It was clear that he was insinuating something after seeing how close Steve and Amia seemed. But Steve didn’t get angry. Instead, he responded coolly, "I don’t mind what you say about me, but you'd better not speak ill of others." It was obvious that by "others," Steve meant Amia. The coldness in his gaze silenced the man with the sunglasses, who had initially planned to continue with his teasing. But faced with Steve's direct and icy demeanor, he wisely decided to shut his mouth. He hadn’t expected Steve to be so blunt, which caught him off guard. They resumed their card game, but since Amia didn’t really know how to play, she quickly lost all of Steve’s chips, leaving nothing behind. Amia felt extremely guilty, not knowing how to explain this to Steve. However, Steve didn’t seem upset at all; he remained calm and
