“Oh, I see. But George, what I really wanted to tell you is that I used to never trust you. However, because of your change in attitude, I’ve started to develop feelings for you, and now I do trust you,” Amia typed, her message filled with sincerity. “But I have to tell you, I absolutely hate being lied to. So, as much as I’m coming to believe in you, I hope you can trust me completely too. I don’t want there to be any secrets between us.” Seeing Amia’s message made Steve’s heart skip a beat. This could be a problem. After all, the identity of George was fake—Steve was George. If Amia found out that Steve and George were the same person, she would likely be furious. Steve knew he needed to find the right time to reveal the truth, or else Amia would feel betrayed. For now, though, Steve decided to keep his identity hidden a bit longer. “Amia, I’m a little tired, so I’m going to rest early. You should get some rest too. I hope we can meet and talk in person soon.” After sending this me
