"Are you going to tell me why I shouldn't have signed the deal now?" Luke asked Isabella on their drive home.
"I told you in the text that I don't trust them. I could believe Sandra, but there is something awfully shady about Jordan, and I can't pinpoint it."
"So, what do you propose? I really can't let something like that pass me by. It's a huge deal."
She placed her hands on his thighs and said, "Thank you for trusting my judgment and listening to me. I promise I'll look into both of them immediately, and if it turns out that I'm wrong, then you can sign the deal. I just need you to stall them for me; a week is all I need."
He glanced at her and smiled. "Okay, I trust you."
