141 THE HORNET'S NEST
He had died and gone to hell. That was the only explanation for the intense pains Luke felt throughout his body. He slowly tried to adjust his sight to the poor lightening inside wherever he was.
He tried to move but felt the sharp pains again, he still wasn't completely sure he was alive, he had never felt such excruciating pains before. He tried to move his hands and quickly realized the reason he had felt so out of body, his hands were tightly tied behind the back of a wooden chair, and both his legs had been handcuffed, individually to each side of the same chair.
The last thing he remembered was a painful blow to the back of his head at the company's parking lot, he'd just rounded up for the night and was eager to get home to his wife.
