The servant shook her head helplessly, looking at the determined young woman. She knew there was no convincing Yvonne, so she left the room and went to find Joseph. When Joseph received the message, he furrowed his brows slightly, his eyes cold. He understood Yvonne’s temperament, but now, nothing could go wrong. After a moment of thought, he picked up his phone and made a call. “Bring Hilda here to handle this.” Half an hour later, a plump, middle-aged woman appeared at the top of the stairs. Her name was Hilda, an experienced caretaker known for dealing with “difficult” patients. Hilda entered the room and frowned slightly at the sight of Yvonne, who was lying in bed. “Miss Yvonne, I’m Hilda. I’ll be taking care of you from now on,” Hilda said, her voice emotionless, as though she had seen this situation many times before. Yvonne kept her eyes closed, indifferent to everything around her. She still couldn’t believe that Benson had truly dared to imprison her.
