Tiago carried Mariana carefully to the car brought for her, his resolve unwavering. As he gently laid her in the back seat, he glanced over at the other vehicle, where Jean was being transported. That car had been intended for Hailey, but given the circumstances, it was better to prioritize the unconscious Jean. Conrad, normally a stalwart figure in such crises, found himself limited. Without proper medical facilities on-site, his hands were tied. Tiago didn’t waste time on formalities or further analysis at the scene. His primary concern was getting Mariana to the hospital for a thorough examination and blood tests. The fire’s aftermath could wait. As they prepared to leave, Tiago's mind raced with questions. He turned to Conrad, his expression tense. "Which room was closest to where the fire started?" Conrad glanced back at the smouldering ruins. "Phoebe's. Her room was nearest to the fire’s origin." Tiago’s gaze shifted to Mariana's pale face and then to Hailey, who was still st
