15: MOONLIT TURMOIL
The tension between Bob and me continued to escalate as the day progressed. I could sense the growing frustration and irritation within him, fueled by the impending full moon. The atmosphere in our home became charged with an unspoken conflict.
As I handed him the medication, he snatched it from my hands with impatience, glowering at me. "I'll take it when I want to, not when you tell me to."
His words cut through the air like a knife, and I could feel the resentment building up inside me. I had endured so much for his sake, and yet he treated me with nothing but disdain.
"Fine, take it whenever you please," I replied tersely, struggling to maintain composure.
