The air was thick with tension as I walked into Rachel and Mike's apartment. Their faces were tight with frustration, the kind of simmering anger that felt ready to explode at any moment. As much as I loved them both, I could tell this wedding planning was taking a toll on their relationship. "Hey, you two," I greeted, trying to bring some lightness into the room. "How's everything going?" Rachel sighed, crossing her arms. "We hit a bit of a snag." "A bit?" Mike scoffed, shaking his head. "More like a major roadblock." I glanced between them, trying to gauge the severity of the situation. "What's going on?" "We can't agree on the venue," Rachel said, her voice tinged with frustration. "I want a classic church wedding, but Mike prefers an outdoor ceremony." "We discussed this, Rachel," Mike said, his tone exasperated. "You agreed that an outdoor wedding would be more our style."
