Chapter 110: Wedding Planning Woes
The air was thick with tension as I walked into Rachel and Mike's apartment. Their faces were tight with frustration, the kind of simmering anger that felt ready to explode at any moment. As much as I loved them both, I could tell this wedding planning was taking a toll on their relationship.
"Hey, you two," I greeted, trying to bring some lightness into the room. "How's everything going?"
Rachel sighed, crossing her arms. "We hit a bit of a snag."
"A bit?" Mike scoffed, shaking his head. "More like a major roadblock."
I glanced between them, trying to gauge the severity of the situation. "What's going on?"
"We can't agree on the venue," Rachel said, her voice tinged with frustration. "I want a classic church wedding, but Mike prefers an outdoor ceremony."
"We discussed this, Rachel," Mike said, his tone exasperated. "You agreed that an outdoor wedding would be more our style."
"I agreed to consider it," Rachel shot back. "Not to completely change our plans."
