Blair quickly went to the rest area, grabbed a thin blanket, and covered her gently. It was soon winter. Even though there was heating in the office, sleeping like that could lead to a cold. “You’re back.” Mable was not in a deep sleep and woke up as soon as Blair covered her. “Why didn’t you sleep in the rest area? You didn’t even cover yourself with a blanket. What if you catch a cold?” Blair looked at her with concern in his eyes, holding her hand while frowning deeply. “Look how cold your hands are. You’re always making me worry.” Mable looked at him and smiled. “I just wanted to close my eyes but ended up falling asleep.” Blair brought her hand to his mouth and breathed warm air on them. “Have you been having trouble sleeping at night?” He had been sleeping in the other room and did not know how Mable slept. Mable yawned. “I’ve been taking medicine these days, which has helped.” Blair rubbed her hand and suddenly said, “Mabes, can I sleep in the master bedroom tonight?”
