“Hey, Mable.” Mable immediately probed as soon as Kyle picked up, “Kyle, Blair told me you arrived in Italee. Where are you now?” “I just arrived at Solomon's place.” Kyle was aware that the reason Mable was calling him was to talk about Zoe. He then asked without being prompted, “Are you calling to give me updates about Zoe?” “No updates yet. I just wanted to tell you I’m in Italee as well. I’m going to Rory’s place to meet Zoe tomorrow morning. So, don’t do anything reckless before that.” Kyle was caught off guard by this. “You came to Italee too?” “Yeah, we can work out a time to meet up after I see Zoe tomorrow. Just remember what I told you, and don’t do anything reckless. All that’s going to do is hurt Zoe instead of helping her. Do you understand?” “Okay, you have my word.” Kyle paused for a moment before asking, “Did you come with Blair?” Mable answered, “I came by myself.” Kyle was surprised that Blair would let Mable come to Italee by herself.
