Chapter 51
The cousins walked to the living room while having a much lighter conversation this time. Izaak felt he had already accomplished what he had come for in Prago.
Lancelot’s son ran around the living room, playing by himself. When he saw his dad, he ran and hugged his dad's legs.
Lancelot squeezed his son’s adorable cheeks. “You should go to bed now. Say good night to Uncle Zak.”
The child turned his head to Izaak. He smiled at his uncle and cutely said good night.
Izaak smiled gently, admiration shrouding his entire being. He couldn't understand how a mere smile from a child could put a smile on his hard-pressed mouth.
Izaak wondered when he would see his own child. Gabriella had become more distant from him.
"Good night, Arkie," Izaak softly replied to his nephew.
