Rebecca was visibly upset as she confronted Morpheus. "You don't have to draw a line between us, right?" Morpheus glanced at his phone. "I'll get you a taxi. Go home." Her voice choked, and she asked, "Do you hate me so much?" With his back turned, Morpheus behaved as coldly as if they were strangers. Rebecca anticipated he wouldn't send her home himself, but she hoped at least for his assistant to send her home. Yet, he did none of that. Calling a taxi, he treated her as if she were just another normal friend. Tears welled up, and her emotions erupted. Fueled by the alcohol in her system, she shed the image of the rational and calm psychologist she was, finally expressing what she had been holding back.
