**' No please please please don't kill my mommy, daddy.' a 10 years old boy cried. He begged in front of the person who is standing in front of him with his gang targeting the gun towards his parents . The person laughed evilly and pulled the trigger. The sound of continuous gun shots echoed in the room .The boy fainted as he saw his parents' bodies covered with their blood .** 'Nooooo' Abhay shouted in his sleep . He woke up with a jerk. His whole body is covered with sweats . Again he had this nightmare . It happened 20 years back but is still fresh in this heart. He could hear those gunshots. How could someone forget his parents' death and that too in front of him at the age of 10 ? He eyes only show pain . Though he is not a little sweet boy but he can't forget it . And about that person who took his happiness , his parents he will punish him himself . The day he will get the hold of that person that will be the start of his living hell . Suddenly the door of his room opened . Here comes his choti ma . She is one of those people who has place in his cold heart. She and her husband were most trusted people for Raizadas . They saved him 20 years back and went to out of India . But now the king is back . She caressed his head and gave him water . He drank it like he was thirsty for years. Yes he is thirsty for 20 years nut not for water for blood of his parents' murderer . He hugged her 'Choti ma why did they leave me ? I was a good boy always .' Few tears dropped from her eyes thinking about her Bhaiya and Bhabi . They always loved her and her husband as their own brother and sister . They don't have any kid so for them Abhay is everything . They can die or kill for Abhay . But in Raizadas' empire there few rules , one of them is not to harm any innocent . They are just waiting for the right time to punish that backstabber . Choti ma said 'No Abhi . You are always best . Just wait for the right time you will get that backstabber in right time .' and kissed his fore head . She made him normal , consoled him . After she left Abhay went to bathroom . He came out after taking a bath . He got ready in his business suit. He set his hair and applied his cologne. He looked like a greek god. He came downstairs and sat in the breakfast table . Choti ma served him food and his husband and sat with her food . She doesn't want to eat with them but her Abhi will not eat without her . There are many workers in this mansion but she prepares her Abhi's food personally . They ate their food with little bit of chitchatting . After completing the breakfast Abhay went away for this work with his chote papa . GIVE IT TO ME ' Mridul shouted at his sister who is eating her food like she is the most innocent girl from her mamoni's hand. But no one could point a finger at her as she is the loveliest princess of Chatterjees . At last their grandfather stopped Mridul by eye contact like always. Mrinal completed her food. She started doing her drawings , drawings are her everything . After completing the drawing she went to their drawing room to show them . Her whole family is present there sipping evening tea . Her grandparents , parents , uncles , aunties and her two elder brothers and sister-in-laws and most importantly her two little bundle of joy, her nice and nephew . Seeing her Mridul says ' Oi ese gechen . Soitan er naam nilam ar soitan hajir.' ("Speak of the devil and he doth appear" ) and chuckled .He got a glare from his wife . But Mrinal didn't say anything cause she is now up to something . She showed her new drawings to them . Mamoni [Younger aunt of Mrinal , Mother of Mridul] It's beautiful just like you Mira Mrinal 'Thanks mamoni .See your son is giving me death glares .' She said innocently . Mamoni ' Mridul . Stop it baby ' . Mridul ' I didn't do anything mama.' He said more sweetly . In return he got a glare from Mrinal . Mihir laughed loudly seeing his younger brother and sister . Soon all the members joined him . Mrinal ' Mammam actually..' she started with her sweet voice but her mother cut her off Mammam [ Her mother] ' No Mira please I can't ' her voice cracked . Sona ma [Elder aunt of Mrinal , Mother of Mihir] ' Aarati it's ok . Let's see what's happen tomorrow. ' Again that same thing is happening. Mrinal ' Chotoboudibhai , Boroboudibhai .' ( Younger sister - in - law , Elder sister - in - law )She said softly They said in unison ' Not possible Mira , please don't plead us .' Mrinal was about ask her grandmother but she got up ' I am a aged person now . I should go and take some rest .' She went away . Mrinal stomped her foot being annoyed and Mridul grinned . Now only her father , her uncles ,her grandfather , her evil brothers and her love Barsha and Aditya are left . She thought for a second and said ' Dadubhai Love doesn't cage you but gives you wings. ' She went to her room not before taking Adi and Bristi with her and giving death glares to her elder brother Mridul. They laughed silently and her grandmother came back and joined them and they controlled their laugh not to make her aware . 'yes my baby ' said Mridul and all people looked at him who planned such a dangerous birthday plan for his sister. Yes it was all planned that's why they were behaving like this . Mrinal was upset about it but she can't hurt them . She knows the intensity of love which they have for her. So she tried to request them , made them understand but they were up to something . Bristi and Adi informed them as they saw her coming from drawing school . She reached the door of her house , she entered and it was dark inside . She asked ' Where are u people?' She approached more again she again asked but there was no response . Now she is getting worried .She reached to the centre of the drawing room and suddenly out of nowhere her whole family said 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY ' in unison and all the lights came back and flowers are started falling on her . She was surprised and shouted ' ahhhhhhh' and then she realised that they wished her .Now she is not angry at them anymore . She was not angry at all but she was sad .But not now , she loves surprises and she got one . Whole drawing room was decorated with balloons as she likes . ' Sweety cut the cake ' Mihir said 'Yes Moni cut the cake ' said Barsha and Adi immediately. ' Mira first make a wish, blow the candle and then cut the cake .' Her mammam said . She is very surprised at all this and beyond happy .She blew the candle and wished her new birthday wish . Yes from last 8 years she is praying a single wish but now today she changed it. "Happy Birthday Mira" "Happy Birthday Moni" She had tears in her eyes she knew that her that dream will not be fulfilled but the dream of staying with her family will be always fulfilled . And she is happy . She fed them cake and then she touched their feet and took blessings . They gave her lots of blessings and Mridul suddenly cleared his throat and caught everyone's attention ' Dadubhai will you not give your precious granddaughter any special gift as she graduated this year ?' he asked with a grin . Dadubhai replied 'Yes ' Mrinal ' There is no need of special gift Dadubhai ' Dadubhai said ' First take a look of your gift and then decide ' then he gave her an envelop . Everybody is supressing their laughter and excitement . Mrinal opened it and her mouth was open in a 'O' and time was paused for her . Her sister-in-laws shook her ' Hey ! Mira ' 'Yes yes ' and then she realized then she shouted ' O my god!!!!!!Dadubhai that .. that means I...I got chance and I am going to Mumbai .' Her happiness is beyond limit then she asked 'But how ? You were not ready to send me yesterday then how come today ? Mihir said ' My dear pumpkin sister it was all to surprise you today and the letter came two days back not today . So we thought to little surprise you . ' Dadubhai ' My Mira you were trying us to convince since the day you applied and today was your last day to convince us . When we got that letter that you got chance two days back we booked the ticket and sorry baby for hiding it from you .' Mrinal ' So that's why you people were behaving like this , ok i was angry but not now but whose plan was all this 'her 6th sense was saying it all could be done by only one person and that is Mihir . Adi ' Kakai ' And that's all Mrinal ' You !!!!! I love you chotodadabhai ' and she hugged him . All thought she would make him bald by pulling his hair . Mridul was also prepared himself for it . Bristi ' See papa you are ok ' Everybody laughed . They broke the hug . Then her mother said sweetly 'Sorry Mira ' Mrinal couldn't control her tears , happy tears . Sona ma ' Don't cry baby . We all are with you .' Mamoni ' So our little Mira is going to Mumbai finally . You liked our surprise ?' Mridul ' Why not ? Our baby sister can become Maa Chandi in any moment ?And moreover I don't want my beautiful wife to be sad cause of me being bald ? ' he said innocently . We are always with you ' Chotoboudibhai also supported her ' Yes now let's have your food . Everything is your favourite today . Then we will pack your bags . ' Her father and uncles gave her hug and said ' We are always with you sweety .' ' This the best birthday gift ever ' Mrinal's happy voice chipped like a bird. Mrinal was sad in the morning so she went to drawing school as it is her favourite place . And they got the time to surprise her . They had their dinner with happy hearts . And after that she packed her bag s. She took some special memories with everyone , family photos , her teddy bears and her diary . She is their heart , their reason for smile . She slept today with her girls' party . she never stayed out of their eyesight but now she is going to stay in hostel. Though she is princess of their house but can do everything by her own . So no problem regarding this . But the problem is staying without them is very difficult but her dreams are also there . So finally she is ready to go and they are also ready for it . They are not rich so she is going to stay in her college's hostel. She got up from bed when she felt everyone was in deep sleep and stared at her bedroom . She is living here for years . She is also going to miss her bed , study table , her house , going college by tram etc. Then she came to downstairs felt the silence but someone said ' Mira ' Mrinal was surprised by her voice ' Didun tumi ?' (Didun you are here?) Grandmother (Didun) smiled and said ' You thought I was sleeping . Actually yes but got up to drink water . And then saw you were not there so I came as I knew and saw you here . Listen sweety just do what your heart says and again we are sorry for that . ' Then she said ' By the way as you are going to Mumbai search a handsome man for you . I said a man not a boy .' and then she winked . Mrinal's eyes widened hearing her ' Didun!!' Grandmother ' Okkk . Now come and sleep. You have to reach your destination .' They went upstairs and slept with others . It was difficult for them to see off her at airport .They couldn't go with her as they all have their work , office , school etc. She also didn't want to disturb them . Soon she said good bye to them with both tears and smile . The flight left Kolkata for Mumbai . She took a cab and went to her college ,her dream ,Sir J.J Institute of Applied Art. She entered inside the college . She had tears in her eyes . She finally set her feet here. She said to herself ' See Mira you did it ' . Then she approached towards the office room . The more she was going inside the more she was feeling something special in it . The buildings , the corridors were giving her perks of her upcoming 2 years . Soon she reached the office by the help of students who gave her directions. She felt boys' eyes on her but she didn't care . She is used to it but can teach them if they cross their limits . She reached office and knocked on the door . She greeted the person politely and got the details . She talked with Hostel's warden and got her room keys . Soon she settled in her room . She liked the room at first sight . She first took a bath though she took once in the early morning . Then relaxing herself she called in the landline no. and that started a big 1 hour QNA session . She got up for her new starting . They again made her happy with their words . She went to dinning hall as a senior came to call her at night . She had food with them . As she is less talkative she just listened to them and all the new comers were introduced with each other after dinner and she felt quite happy them . All the seniors told them to ask help from anytime they need . In the early morning she got up and get ready . She put a white salwar in which she was looking like a fairy . She got a call from her house they all wished her ' All the best' . Soon she left for the college . *In College* Students introduced themselves in the 1st class. Mrinal sensed people's staring at her. 1st she is looking breathtakingly beautiful . 2nd she got scholarship . Yes scholarship she is not a good painter but she also studies hard. The professor of 1st class Mr. Rai asked them to draw their favourite place as a start of their journey. She drew her favourite Kolkata's picture . The teacher praised her . Everybody cheered her as got appreciation on the very 1st class. She had lunch from canteen silently. A college Romeo came but she gave him cold shoulder . So it was ended up there only. The first day of college was bliss for her. She was coming back from college then she realised she has to buy some necessary things. She once thought to ask from hostel's roommates but later went along . **************************************************** Abhay completed his office work for today was coming back to house but got a call . The person who called said ' Got him Sir . Should we kill him or you will Sir?' Abhay's voice was dark just like his aura 'Neither me nor you . Torture him and he will kill himself . what's say ?' He cut the call and started his car . The day was going to be one of the best days of his life. He was driving his car himself as he likes . Suddenly a puppy came in front of his car and he applied break . He came out to check but he lost himself in the beauty and innocence of the white fairy in front of her . Mrinal was coming back from shop . suddenly she saw a puppy going towards a car without realising . The car was near to hit him. She was about to catch him as she can't let him die .But the car applied break . She took a breath of relief and came near her , took him close to her face. Then after caressing the puppy she looked towards the car . She saw a pair of eyes which has some different aura . Both the eyes met . They both felt something different but she doesn't know what it is and he is sure about love at first sight. Mrinal broke the contact and said ' Thank you for saving him.' But no response he was still in his lalala land. The puppy made a sound which finally broke his trance . He saw Mrinal to say good bye while kissing him and he wanted himself in place of that puppy. The puppy also said good bye in his style with his paws cutely . Both of them smiled one at the puppy's style and another at someone's smile. They Abhay was about to say something but couldn't. ' What's happening with me ? I , the Indian Mafia king can't make a word . Ohh this is so irritating . ' He thought . Then again Mrinal spoke ' Thank you again. You are very nice person. Anyone in your place could have killed him . ' Though she doesn't like his aura but again thanked him and about to leave but stopped hearing Abhay's voice ' Oohh hi. I am Abhay . What's your name ?' But Mrinal simply replied ' Sorry I don't tell strangers about myself . ' It made Abhay sad yes sad not angry . Then she continued ' I am Mrinal Chatterjee. Nice to meet you . Abhay was about to talk more but Mrinal got a call from her family and said ' I need to go . Bye' And with that she went away but she took his heart with herself. And Abhay was standing there looking at her delicate figure going away from him. Then he heard a car's horn and got his senses back . He left the place immediately as he has a special night show today . For Mrinal it was bliss first day in Mumbai. She had her food and dozed off in deep slumber. And on the other hand Abhay was restless from the moment he saw her leaving . He found his baby , his angel . Now just he needs to make her his . He called his most trusted men and said ' Get me every details about Mrinal Chatterjee . Sir J.J Institute of Applied Art college . Studying post graduation .' He noticed her Identity card . After all he has those dangerous eyesight from which no one could save themselves after dealing with him . And she stole his heart. Then he went for his night show . Mrinal was happy and content . Abhay ' Heyy guys you did amazing artwork on his body ' Then he laughed evilly . Yes his men beat him black and blue . Then he continued 'But what I said is not completed till now.' MAN 1 ' Don't worry sir he will beg for death by himself . ' All others men smiled like demons . The guy who was lying on the floor said ' What's your problem ? Huh ? Just because I didn't listen to your words you will torture a man older than you . That's what your rule is ? I have a family consists of my daughter and my wife . They will suffer for you if you kill me. My daughter will live a life of orphan just like you .Please I beg you. ' Though the man started with a sarcasm but completed it with plead . He thought that his second last sentence will be his tramp card cause he knows Abhay can never make anyone orphan . He knows the pain of living without parents . Though he has his Choti ma and Chote papa . Abhay became furious with the second last sentence . His blood shot eyes make that man to gulp down his saliva . But the damage is done already. He doesn't want to touch this filthy man but now he called the devil by himself. He came in front of that man and made him stand by pulling his hair. Daughter ? You are a selfish moron . You torture a new girl every night .Your wife left you the day she came to know about your truth many years ago . Do I look like fool ?.' At last he kicked on his chest thrice and said ' Though you don't have any child it's better to live like an orphan than having a father like you . Now only light pleading is audible cause he is not in position to shout . He told his Chote papa to go home . He didn't want to but can't win with his Abhi .Abhay doesn't want him to see all those things at this age . He did enough now it's time for rest , living a tension free life . But he knows he would love to watch it . The show was amazing according to Our Mafia King . His heart is content . Yes content cause he felt the pain of those helpless girls . He felt the pain in the eyes of those children who lost their organs. He can't bear those painful eyes . He can't sleep properly at night for his own nightmares . But those red eyes haunted him in day times. He is satisfied that the man begged for death by himself . Finally the night show is over. Abhay went back home . His Choti ma and Chote papa were waiting for him . He again sighed thinking that they are waiting for him as usual . He requested them but his Choti ma's angry look is enough to make him a love sick puppy in a fraction of second. They ate food while again his Chote papa cracked jokes . At night they all slept . But Abhay started thinking about Mrinal .He is mesmerized by her everything . He smiled thinking that she called him a nice person just because he saved the puppy . How naive and innocent she is . She is a pure soul and going to be his soon . He smiled like a teenage boy . *I am behaving like a teenage boy . But she is mine.* He thought. At last he slept thinking he will get all the details about his MRINAL tomorrow. She was ready for her second day in college . He was waiting for details about her . After that he will tell Choti ma and Choti papa about his marriage She got ready in her salwar suit and went for classes . And he !!! He got ready in something new He didn't wear his business suit today . All the servants of his mansion were stunned . In the breakfast table his Choti ma asked him ' Are you in love Abhi?' And her Abhi chocked his food . She gave him water .She and her husband shared a look . She felt something new about him . But she just asked casually which turned into something else. Then his Chote papa asked 'Abhi is it true ?' in a serious tone Abhay ' Chote papa yes . Just give me sometime I will introduce her with you I promise. ' He literally smiled like a newly wed bride. His Choti ma got up from her seat gave him a tight hug and said ' I am very happy my Abhi'. He was about to introduce her with them soon . He wanted to surprise them .But they caught him just by his attire . He is an open book for them . Choti ma wanted to tease him and show him some fake anger but didn't . She said ' Only few days.' She knew that something is very special about the girl cause she is Abhi's choice . She wanted to see her right now . But she can't force Abhi but she is also worried about the girl cause she knew how different their life is . She is more than happy cause her cold hearted son found someone for himself. He is not someone who does stupid jokes and pranks . If he says he is in love then he is definitely . She wants him to be happy but again the girl's life matters. That is the main reason she never asked him to get married. Loving a mafia , being a loved one of a mafia is not a easy thing . He read every details carefully from her childhood to college life . And her paintings made him fall more for her. He is more excited to see his Bengal beauty . He felt sad as she is staying away from her family that too alone . He became more restless after knowing about her. He went to her college directly .He can go there whenever he want after all he is the trustee of the college . In truth he is trustee of every colleges in Mumbai , after all he is Mafia King. He felt all eyes on him specially girls . He is looking handsome hunk in his attire. He doesn't care about them. He directly went to principle's office . The principle became afraid after seeing him. He thought what mistake was done from their side that made him to come himself. They greeted each other . Before the principle could ask Abhay cut off him . Abhay ' No there is no need to be panicked . Just make sure Mrinal Chatterjee of post graduation 1st year shouldn't face any problem . I repeat any problem . Why ? Coz she is my would be wife . He knows she lives in hostel so she will come to canteen for lunch . He approached towards canteen and the view in front of him boiled his blood . But in the next moment he smiled in victory .
