Chapter66: Arwen

Jared hadn't noticed that he was still bleeding, he thought the wound had already closed up until he heard Arwen gasps and he looked down at his stomach to his clothes stained with his blood. When he raised his head up, he saw her running towards him but then she missed her footing and was about to fall and he quickly moved to catch her and pulled her against his body. Arwen thought she was going to fall but before she knew it her head was resting on her master's chest. Her eyes widened as she catched her breath, she felt his hand holding her waist protectively and she slowly raised her head up and met his gaze. Those scary intimidating dark red eyes was staring down at her and she gulped. She could feel his cold breath fanning against her face as they continued to stare at each other.  This was the first time she was standing close to him.
