Chapter 8 I was A Fool
Waking up in the morning on the second day, Emma put on the new clothes and then lay in bed. Everything was restored to before as if nothing happened last night.
The glaring sunlight outside penetrated in. When she moved her fingers to realize she hardly could move her arms, which reminded her of all the sufferings her body experienced.
At this moment, Sherry came home after a good time outside. She pushed the door open and cast the key around randomly, and walked down to the living room.
The thin assistant behind her carried many bags of the clothes and cosmetics she bought. She was almost tumbling with too much burden.
"Yeah, I know! Let's catch up later. I am too tired today and Will may come home any minute!"
