"You are awake, Alyssa," Jessie smiled as she moved closer to the bed Alyssa lay in. She decided to check for her immediately after she and Luciana went to school, and she did just that. On getting there, the nurse told her that Alyssa had woken up in the middle of the night and slept back, that she should pray to be lucky to meet her awake, and as luck could have it, Jessie met Alyssa's eyes open, staring into the open ceiling as she made her way to her.
